Prior to engaging in therapy, I invite you to engage in a 15 minute free online consultation this will give us a chance to briefly chat. For you to see if I would be the right therapist for you and for me to understand a little more about you. It also a space for you to ask me any questions that you would like to know before commencing therapy.
There is no obligation for you to work with me after this, I have just found that it is great starting point for our therapy journey to begin.
I am available to speak at national and international workshops, events and retreats. I can offer bespoke packages to individuals, groups and businesses depending on your needs this can include talks, workshops, presentations and even an accompanying e-book. I am well versed to discuss a range of topics within the sphere of cognitive behavioural therapy and psychology. I have experience of doing this in person and over online platforms.
Previously I have held workshops on a variety of topics some of which include mindfulness, mental well-being, mindful eating, overcoming anxiety, building resilience, goal setting and gratitude. As a psychologist and psychotherapist, I supervise psychologists and CBT therapists at all levels. Supervision is useful to support your learning and development, help you to work in a more psychologically informed way as well as supporting mental well-being.
