I am also a Clinical Supervisor and a Guest Lecturer at The University of Hertfordshire and Nottingham Trent University.

With professionals, I supervise trainees, newly qualified and experienced professionals. I work with professionals to also develop their private practice at all experience levels.

Kelly provides a safe and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable to discuss difficult events that may have happened in your past, the problems and challenges that you are currently experiencing as well as your goals and dreams for the future.

Kelly has the skills and knowledge to provide therapy that is tailored to each individual specific need and so by the end of sessions you have the skills to be your own therapist. From training as a Psychologist, Kelly is skilled in a wide range of therapeutic modalities and psychological theories, which she uses in practice as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
