Welcome…
I’m so glad you’re here!
Hi, I’m Dr Kelly Watkins. I’m a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, EMDR Therapist and an HCPC-registered Forensic Psychologist, with over 15 years of experience supporting people through life’s toughest challenges. I’m also a Clinical Supervisor and Guest Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire and Nottingham Trent University.
I work closely with individuals to help them better understand themselves, overcome anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, and other difficulties, and build the skills they need to create lasting, positive change. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to what works best for you.
I’m equally passionate about supporting other therapists and mental health professionals. I provide supervision for trainees, newly qualified, and experienced clinicians, helping them develop confidence, clinical skills, and even grow their private practices.
Whether you’re seeking therapy or professional guidance, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
love
