The pad includes 50 pages of prompts for you to set your three tasks for the day, remember research states that 3 activities is the magic number on to-do lists to encourage motivation, productivity, and achievement.
There is a space for you to set a self-love activity for you to do. Writing down this activity makes it over 80% more likely to happen.
The final space is for you to note down three things you are grateful for. Practicing gratitude improves your mood, changes your brain structure, shifts your mindset to a more positive one, and can make immediate and long-lasting improvements to your mental health.

Now the journal, the journal includes an insert of prompts to help you to get the best out of your wellness journal. All of the prompts are based on psychological theory and are the ones me and my clients find most useful. You will receive prompts on how to reflect in a more positive and meaningful way, how to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, how to practice gratitude, cultivate self-love, be more organised and combat negative thinking.
