This is your 4-week workbook to self-love. Using Psychological Theory and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I will support you on a 4 week journey to improving your self-confidence, self-esteem and self-worth.
You will be prompted with questions and suggested activities to boost all areas of self love.
The main focus of the workbook is reflecting, practicing gratitude, changing your behaviour, setting goals and creating new habits.
I am a qualified cognitive behavioural psychotherapist accredited with the BABCP and a qualified Forensic Psychologist registered with the HCPC. Over the last 11 years I have helped clients on their self-love journey and have taught them the skills to a wide range of individuals who have found them transformative, so now I want to give you the opportunity to practice some of the skills and make some life long changes.
