The workbook is divided by eight sessions so pause after each session, practice the skills for at least a week between sessions, however you can do it for as long as you need. Although, I may only mention one exercise to practice between each session, I urge you to build upon the exercises each week and continue to make a beautiful set of activities and practices that support you on your self-love journey. There will also be explanations of techniques, information to give you a deeper understanding about self love and space for reflection. Following each session, I provide a journal prompt to aid an even deeper understanding of you and help you on your journey. For the journal exercise you may want to journal on that question for the whole week or just once. Spending between 10-30 minutes writing the answer to your question. Just allowing your thoughts to flow onto the paper.

I am a qualified cognitive behavioural psychotherapist accredited with the BABCP and a qualified Forensic Psychologist registered with the HCPC. Over the last 11 years I have helped clients on their self-love journey and have taught them the skills to a wide range of individuals who have found them transformative, so now I want to give you the opportunity to practice some of the skills and make some life long changes.
