All of the prompts are based on psychological theory and are the ones me and my clients find most useful. You will receive prompts on how to reflect in a more positive and meaningful way, how to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, how to practice gratitude, cultivate self-love, be more organised and combat negative thinking.
The journal has blank lined pages, a ribbon to mark where you are in the journal an elastic to hold the journal shut, and also an elastic holder for your pen and pencil.
